这套极简而温馨的住宅由LeQB Architects工作室操刀设计，设计师选用极简的中性色调塑造空间，住宅之中没有过多的矫饰，展现出现代极简主义之下的写意美感，精致而简约的软装家具创造出了一种别样的奢华氛围。
客厅之中，设计师选用灰色作为空间的主色调，营造干净纯粹的空间氛围，灰色的布艺沙发呼应了整体的极简风格，大量绿植的加入让空间中蔓延着浓厚的自然气息，给人更加亲切的感受。再搭配上大理石茶几，提升了空间的整体质感。
In the living room, the designer chose gray as the main color of the space to create a clean and pure space atmosphere. The gray fabric sofa echoes the overall minimalist style. The addition of a large number of green plants spreads a strong natural atmosphere in the space, giving people more intimate feeling. Combined with a marble coffee table, it enhances the overall texture of the space.
客厅的白色大理石电视墙十分精致，细腻的纹理丰富了空间的细节，线条感十足的吊灯，展现出空间的几何美感，整体浅色的基调搭配深色的家具形成了色彩上的对比，时尚而温馨。

主卧依旧延续极简的设计风格，没有复杂的配色，在设计师的精心考虑下将宽敞的空间分成了多个区域，每个空间利用隔板进行分隔，兼具美观性与实用性。
The master bedroom still continues the minimalist design style without complicated color matching. Under the careful consideration of the designer, the spacious space is divided into multiple areas, and each space is separated by a partition, which is both aesthetic and practical.
次卧中，选用高级的黑白灰配色作为空间的主色调，营造极简的室内空间，又搭配上橘色的沙发，提升了空间的活泼性。
